Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Return & Refund Policy applies to theroundwitch.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how returns, refunds and billing questions work when you use our Site and click through to products and offers from other businesses.
1. Our Services Are Free
The Round Witch is free to use. We do not charge you for access to the Site, our games, news panels or your dashboard. Because we do not take payments from you, there is nothing to refund or return from us.
2. Products Bought From Other Businesses
- Our Site shows products, offers and sponsor listings from other businesses. Buttons such as “Find Best Price” and other product links take you to the seller’s own website.
- When you buy from a seller, you are buying directly from that seller and not from us. We do not process your payment, ship your order or hold your payment details.
- Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, warranties and shipping are governed by the seller’s own policies. Please read them before you buy.
3. How to Get a Refund or Return for a Product
- Contact the seller or store where you made the purchase, and use the order confirmation or receipt they sent you.
- If you paid by card or another payment service, you can also ask your payment provider about their buyer-protection options.
- We cannot cancel orders, issue refunds or accept returns for items sold by third parties.
4. Affiliate & Sponsored Links
Some links on our Site are affiliate or sponsored links. We may earn a commission, or be paid for the placement, when you buy through them, at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price you pay or the seller’s return and refund policy.
5. If We Ever Charge a Fee
If we introduce any paid feature in the future, we will clearly show the price and the refund terms before you pay, and we will update this policy.
6. Wrong or Misleading Information
If you see a product listing, price or link on our Site that looks wrong, broken or misleading, please tell us. We will review it and correct or remove it where appropriate.
